3. Sheet Metal Bending
Next, the laser-cut parts are shaped using CNC bending machines. Every angle is bent to exact specs, maintaining the integrity and structure of the frame.

4. Welding
Our skilled welders assemble the metal components into rigid frames, ensuring strong connections that can withstand long-term usage, especially in high-traffic environments.

5. Grinding & Polishing
Every welded section and sharp edge is carefully ground down. This step not only enhances safety but also creates a smoother surface for powder coating.

6. Rivet & Fastener Installation
We use industrial presses to install rivet nuts and other fasteners at precise positions. These elements ensure strong connections in later assembly stages.

7. Powder Coating & Painting
All components are coated in a dedicated paint workshop. Electrostatic spraying provides an even, durable finish that resists rust and wear, while allowing for colorful customization.

8. Sub-Assembly
Painted components are assembled into semi-finished products. Electrical modules, screen housings, or moving parts may begin installation at this stage.

9. Final Assembly

10. Quality Control & Testing
